Reactivation Information - Windows Mobile Software Only
If you change your device or perform a
hard reset, you will need to de-activate the software on your
old device or from your Fizz Software on-line account and then
re-activate your software on the new device. The process is
simple:-
1. Logon to your Fizz Software Online account at
www.fizzsoftware.com/myaccount
2. If you do not have your login details, you can have them sent
to you by using the lost password link. The email address here
will be the one used when you registered your product. If you
have changed your email address since your purchase, email
support@fizzsoftware.com , make sure
you tell them the email address you originally used.
3. Once you have logged onto your account, choose deactivate.
4. You can now install Fizz Traveller 3 on your new device and
then choose Activate, you can use the same activation number,
this is listed in your account details.
