Product Upgrade Information - Windows Mobile Software Only
The process of upgrading is
now managed via your Fizz Software online account. Go to the
link below to logon :-
http://www.fizzsoftware.com/myaccount/
If you do not know your account details, click forgotten
password and enter your email address. Your details will be sent
to you. Please note that the email address is the one used when
you purchased. If your email address has changed, email support
to let them know both your old and new email addresses and they
can reset your password and send you your account details.
Once you have logged onto your account, you will see a list
showing which Fizz products you have purchased. If you are
eligible for an upgrade you will see a link next to the serial
number which says ‘Upgrade’. Click this to upgrade your version.
Your chosen product will automatically be added to your basket
with any applicable discounts already subtracted.
